- Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy is six adults and their dependent children, sleeping up to the maximum home capacity.
- We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
- Transaction and damage waiver fees are non-refundable.
- Absolutely no packages will be accepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/FedEx/Amazon at their own discretion. PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and is not responsible for packages. Lost/stolen/damaged packages are the responsibility of the sender.
